[dev-neuridia] The XHTML/CSS GUI and Deskpad vs ToDo

As I'm adding more screens of the GUI for Anthony to elaborate the
forthcoming TechSpecs document, I have kept a single page for both
left-to-right and right-to-left versions. I just added a quick
style-sheet switcher to switch between LTR and RTL directions on the
fly. I added the switcher links on top, next to the advanced search:

It'll save us time and make our life easier during development :)
