Well, it is a Beta, right? Are you on Vista, and do you have .NET 3.5 
runtimes installed?

I'd imagine that, as far over the top as MS typically tries to go, it's 
got a TON of experimental code. Good thing, too, they've caused a lot of 
innovation that way.
