In theory it's four months, although it always extends a little bit.
We started last month.

Around 25% of GUI templates are done, the functional specifications
are done. Currently, Anthony is working on core development.

Not yet, although soon we will be giving access to the list. The stage
is too early.

We're really beginning, we've been working on Neuridia for only a month :)
